Paul is a gentleman, farmer and a husband. Paul has young adult children and started a family tradition of gifting books to them when they were young with a small inscription inside each book. Years later he and his children have been able to re-read the inscriptions – giving thoughts at the time of the gift. . He loves anything with a chainsaw, whisky and red wine which in a normal sentence would be cause for worry. He is an operations expert with the ability to take a manufacturing company to scale with proven systems. He has done this with food and beverage companies and it is the reason why the world can once again drink Bladnoch whisky out of Scotland or no-alcohol gin in Australia. He loves seeing each project as an opportunity to solve multiple issues and build something with robust flexibility. Paul loves deep conversations with abundant people who want to help others.
