Daniel Calleja, Paul Thornhill and Jamie Watkins collectively bring nearly six decades of hands-on experience in visual storytelling, content strategy and video production for businesses across Australia.

Daniel Calleja is the Founder and Creative Director of Visual Production Agency, with over 19 years leading production businesses and delivering strategic visual content for brands across corporate, government, education and commercial sectors. A multidisciplinary creative, Daniel’s background spans directing, cinematography, photography, editing and business leadership, with a strong focus on helping organisations use visual content to communicate clearly, build trust and reflect brand maturity.

Paul Thornhill is a Content Producer with a background in marketing communications, journalism and brand-led storytelling. His experience spans large corporate environments and smaller enterprises, where he specialises in producing video content that aligns with brand strategy, marketing objectives and audience expectations. Paul brings a strategic lens to content creation, ensuring visual assets serve a clear purpose rather than existing as standalone pieces.

Jamie Watkins is a Senior Video Editor and Animator. Having worked across freelance and agency environments, Jamie has contributed to projects for some of the largest organisations in Australia. His expertise lies in post-production, animation and crafting compelling visual narratives that enhance clarity, engagement and impact.

Together, Daniel, Paul and Jamie work across the full lifecycle of visual content, from strategy and concept through to execution and delivery — helping businesses understand how to create content that is purposeful, audience-led and aligned with their identity.
