The event

Why do people talk about some businesses and forget others?

A masterclass for founders who want to be the business that people talk about when they leave the room.

WHY ATTEND

  • You have a strong reputation, considered systems and processes and deliver material outcomes but still can’t explain why a client should choose you in a way that engages. That is a story problem. This masterclass solves it.

  • Because a store manager once opened a closed door for a stranger with a forlorn face and that single moment created a brand ambassador that delivered her services for free. Your business has those stories you just haven’t uncovered them yet.

  • Because in a world where AI generates unlimited content and products are increasingly easy to replicate, the only thing that can’t be copied is the emotional engagement that your story creates.

WHAT YOU WILL BE SHOWN

  • Why the businesses people talk about aren’t always the ones with the biggest budgets, they’re the ones that create stories that people want to tell over and over.

  • The neuroscience of why stories change minds when facts don’t and how to use it deliberately in every pitch, every conversation, every touchpoint.

  • Three tools to turn what you do into something people want to retell grounded in 40 years of building brands from the inside.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS

  • You’ll understand why your current messaging may not be landing and the framework to fix it.

  • A framework for turning your best stories into the kind of marketing money can’t buy.

  • You’ll know what remarkable actually means and how to deliver it.

WHAT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH

  • A three-part storytelling framework you can apply to any pitch, page, or conversation immediately.

  • Clarity on one story only your business could tell worth more than any campaign.

  • The Remarkable Brand Story Audit a five-question diagnostic to take away and use.

HOW YOU WILL FEEL AFTER

  • Like you finally understand why you’ve been underselling yourself and what the fix looks like.

  • Like the work you’ve been putting off for months just became something you can’t wait to start.

  • Like you walked in with a business and left with a story you didn’t know you already had.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

The founder who delivers great work and keeps losing clients to a competitor

If you’ve ever walked away from a pitch knowing you were the better option and still didn’t get the business, the missing piece could have been the story. This is where you find it.

The business owner who keeps investing in marketing and being disappointed

The brief wasn’t the problem. The designer wasn’t the problem. The story was and no amount of budget fixes a story that isn’t there yet.

Anyone preparing to grow, speak, raise, or scale

A bigger stage is just a bigger room where the wrong story fails louder. Get the story right before you get there.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER: LITSA BARBEROGLOU

A creative at heart and fiercely loyal by nature, Litsa Barberoglou talks about brands the way most people talk about their children. She calls them her brand babies, and she treats them that way. Over three decades, she built and stewarded some of Australia’s most recognisable consumer brands: 15 years in FMCG across Goulburn Valley and Sorbent, and 15 years in the wine industry, including as custodian of Yellowglen, the nationally loved sparkling wine.

After leaving corporate life to run her own small business, Litsa learned what many founders face: you can deliver excellent work, care deeply, and deliver outstanding results, but still struggle to explain why someone should choose you. Not a capability problem. A story problem.

In 2016, she founded Brandivine and developed the Remarkable Brand Story Method, a six-step framework built on the conviction that clarity, not cleverness, is what makes a brand stick. She is genuinely invested in her clients’ success. She cares about doing the work properly. And she knows exactly what she’s working toward: the moment a client understands the value they deliver clearly for the first time and says, “Is that really us?”
