About Our Village
Our Village is a powerful collective born from the merger of three beloved Victorian charities – St Kilda Mums, Geelong Mums, and Eureka Mums. Together, they support vulnerable babies and children by redistributing pre-loved essentials like clothes, toys, cots, and prams to families in need. Their work not only uplifts communities but also reduces landfill waste, creating a ripple effect of social and environmental impact.
Our Village Giving Day for Uncommon Experiences Members
Our Village Giving Day for Uncommon Experiences Members is a heartfelt opportunity for Uncommon Experiences members and guests to come together and make a tangible impact. Hosted in collaboration with Tal and Jenny from Majestic Computer Technology, the event invites participants to roll up their sleeves and get involved in meaningful action. Attendees will spend time sorting donated goods, hearing directly from Our Village about their mission, and building stronger relationships with fellow members through shared purpose and connection.
Whether you’re attending in person or not, you’re warmly encouraged to donate goods – every contribution helps support vulnerable families across Victoria.
Some of the high need items are:
- New underwear & socks
- Toiletries (adult & kids shampoo, conditioner, body wash, nappy cream, moisturiser)
- Ladies’ sanitary products
- Baby wipes & nappies
- Prams
- Car seats (newborn–4 years)
