We’re a closed-invite crew learning\, laughing & leveling up on the pickleball court. \n\n\n\nLeave the titles at the door\, pick up a paddle\, and let’s play. \nNo matter how much success you’ve built in your career or business\, there’s always a new skill to master—and that’s exactly the magic of this group. We are a closed-invite crew of like-minded founders and senior leaders getting together to learn\, laugh\, and level up on the pickleball court. \nWhether you’re a seasoned player or just trying to figure out how to stay out of the kitchen\, this is a space to embrace the beginner mindset alongside great company. Come for the game\, stay for the laughs\, and connect with a fantastic community. \nWhen: 2nd / 3rd Friday of the month (August\, September\, October) \nHow the Session Runs: \n\nWarm-Up: We kick things off at 9:00 AM sharp with a quick stretch and warm-up to get moving.\nThe Games: We are strictly capping this at 8 people to ensure everyone gets plenty of playtime (though we may expand to 3 courts/12 people in the future!).\nThe Skills Block: Right in the middle of our games\, we’ll break for a dedicated 15-minute skills block led by our resident coaches\, Courtney Smith and Adam Lopez.\nPost-Game Hydration (10:00 AM onwards): Stick around after the games for an optional hydration session. It’s a completely casual connect with great people and shoot the breeze.\n\nWhere the Money Goes: The $25 fee covers court hire and helps prevent no-shows. We are in this for the game and the crew\, not for profit. Any surplus funds at the end of the year will be put toward building future talent—either by funding a Common Grounds Internship or via a donation to Monash Business School. \nRSVP: Please secure your spot via this Eventbrite link.
