Brendan has built his career around sales, performance and business growth, progressing from Retail Sales Assistant to General Manager in just six years before going on to start his own business.
He developed a sales process that grew the business from $0 to $30–50,000 in monthly turnover, sparking his passion for sales and commercial performance.
From there, Brendan joined a Jeep dealership, where within three years he rose to #3 out of approximately 200 salespeople nationally.
He later moved into B2B sales with Lux Group, where he continued to perform at the top 10% of performers over three years.
With a career shaped by real-world sales experience and a consistent drive to perform, Brendan brings a practical perspective on what it takes to build sales capability, create repeatable processes and turn performance into growth.
