Jon is passionate about starting his own business (he’s tried a T-shirt business and a white goods brokerage in the past) so that he has more control over his life and can focus on being a father, husband, friend, and leader, which he is grateful for.
Keeping focused on always improving small things makes a massive difference over a period of time. Jon’s genius zone is project delivery processes, with colleagues amazed at his attention to detail. Which ties into another passion – cars and detailing them. He loves transformation and helping people and companies to improve systematically to be the best they can be. Jon loves a good story with the ability to listen to others while giving back great insight and taking time for himself to have adult conversations with people like him and have a laugh.
