About the Cooking Class
Learn to make fresh pasta from scratch!
This workshop will teach you how to make 3 different pasta doughs including traditional meat lasagne, gnocchi, spinach & ricotta ravioli and fettuccine.
Also, within the class you will learn to make 3 sauces to accompany the pasta.
Learn to use your pasta machine properly to create an amazing gourmet meal.
At the end of the class sit down and enjoy what you have created with a nice bottle of wine from the Yarra Valley!
Class will run from 9am until 1pm.
These classes are designed to be a fun and interactive way to learn new culinary skills and techniques, while also enjoying the company of fellow members.
Each class is led Ana, a professional chef ( and Tony Psailas wife!) who will guide you through the recipes and provide hands-on instruction. You'll have the opportunity to learn about different ingredients, cooking methods, and presentation techniques. And of course, you'll get to enjoy the delicious food that you've created!
