What do you do that is unique or different to a market that has 100 companies doing what you are doing?

The most powerful differentiator you have is your customers and what they would say about you when you are not in the room.

When was the last time you sat with your customer and had a lunch with them and asked them about themselves, what was happening in their life, what matters to them, not asking about what you need from them?

Would they even want to have coffee with you, that is the litmus test of your importance to them.
